Sleep blissfully in the king size bed in the bedroom. Your kids or other guests sleep peacefully on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. After a relaxing beach day, an adventurous hike or exploration of Hawaii’s garden island you can curl up on the comfy couch and chairs to watch a movie or catch up on your favorite show or surf the web with the free high-speed Wi-Fi. Our unit includes all kitchen amenities that you may need, complete with full-sized appliances. The four-person dining table is the perfect spot for meals or board games. Out on the private lanai, you can dine at another four-person table or settle in with a good book on one of the two loungers. In accordance with Hawaii’s public health laws smoking, vaping or similar electronic devices are not allowed to be used in the unit, the lanai or the hallways/public areas of the building. There is a detection device in the unit and you will be charged an additional fee if it registers the use of these devices. Quiet hours for the community are 10pm through 8am. Expect a knock on the door if you are noisy during these hours. Please remove shoes at the front door Rinse all sand off feet and beach supplies at the foot wash stations before going inside (located on NE + SE sides of building) We're in the tropics we try really hard to keep our home pest-free. Please make sure to always keep screens closed to ensure birds, geckos + bugs don't find their way inside. Store food in bin supplied on top of fridge, keep the counters, floors free of food. Do not use spray sunscreen inside or on lanai.

Early check-in is possible, but not guaranteed. Please message us and we will let you know of the possibility. And you can purchase a pre-arrival pass to access the Poipu Athletic Club early and that’s right across the street. Does it have an ocean view? No. The unit is a garden view. The walk to the beach is just about 3 minutes from the front door. What floor is the condo on? Our condo is on the 1st floor of Bldg. 21 so NO STAIRS. Just a few steps from where you will park, which is convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries!
